Reporting To: Operations Manager

Objective: To manage all facets of the unit of Bakers + Baristas effectively & efficiently and to increase sales and profitability

KPI’s: 

  • Customer Service
  • Deliver Sales to Budget / Target
  • Managing COS & LABOUR
  • Employee Relations / Retention

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, wage and controllable cost percentages
  • Building an effective and efficient team – Including recruitment, training, welfare, development & motivation
  • Deliver Stock control in line with targets / Procedure/
  • Conduct Periodic Stock checks and ensure compliance as required
  • Producing the correct quantities of product for optimum sales – Minimising waste
  • Adhere to all Cash Control & Money Handling Procedures
  • Administration – Rotas, production, purchasing, cash reconciliation
  • Health and Safety Store compliance – Including cleanliness
  • Control and Manage of Food Hygiene Practices in line with Procedure
  • Building trade and retention of customer
  • Display a can do attitude- lead by example
  • Strive to continuously improve Customer relations – Including Managing Customer complaints in line with procedure
  • Implementation of Promotions as advised
  • Any ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time
