At Bakers + Baristas, every day begins the same way. Ovens switched on, coffee beans opened, and our teams start baking.

As the first muffins and pastries come out of the oven and the aroma of freshly ground coffee fills the store, we know it’s time to open our doors.

What really makes Bakers + Baristas special is what happens in our kitchens throughout the day.

Our teams bake fresh muffins, cookies, and pastries in-store, and prepare hand-filled baguettes throughout the day. They also make sandwiches, paninis, toasties, flatbreads, and bagels right where they are served.

Freshly Baked Muffins, Hand-made Sandwiches, Cakes & Pastries

There’s no trickery to what we do; our ovens and kitchens are just behind the counter. Visit in the morning and you’ll see the magic happen - ovens baking fresh cakes, pastries, sausage rolls and a dedicate team making your fresh sandwiches or decorating your favourite muffin. We like to call it 'Happiness, fresh from the oven!'

Our Bespoke, 100% Arabica, Rainforest Alliance Certified Coffee Blend

We know that every coffee is a moment to be enjoyed and savoured. That’s why we have worked with highly experienced coffee experts to create a bespoke coffee blend that makes us proud to craft and serve each delicious cup of freshly ground coffee. Our blend has been chosen to deliver a full, rich flavour using the highest quality, Rainforest alliance, 100% arabica beans.
