Our blend is made from 100% Arabica Speciality Beans, grown at high altitude in Central and South America. Known for their smooth flavour, natural sweetness and refined aroma, Arabica beans create a more complex and balanced coffee than other varieties.

With The Farmers Who Grow It
Our beans are sourced from smallholder farming communities who cultivate coffee at high altitude and harvest the cherries by hand to ensure quality.
Norandino Cooperative
Peru
Our Peruvian coffee comes from the Norandino Cooperative in the Piura region of Peru. Coffee is grown at around 1,800 metres above sea level, where farmers carefully hand-pick the cherries before washing and sun-drying the beans to develop their flavour.
Cocrbistol Cooperative
Honduras
Our Honduran coffee is sourced from the COCRBISTOL Cooperative in Santa Teresa, western Honduras. Coffee is grown at approximately 1,400 metres above sea level by farmers who harvest the beans by hand before they are carefully prepared for export.

Once the beans reach our stores, our baristas take care of the rest. Every coffee is freshly prepared to order using freshly ground beans and carefully steamed milk to create the perfect balance of flavour and texture.
